What Atlas is watching, and what it is missing.
Atlas measures its own reach every time it collects news: how many sources answered, how many stories a country produced, and when it last looked. This page publishes those measurements, including the countries it has not managed to cover. A gap here is a gap in Atlas, not evidence that a country is quiet.
